I have extensive experience in delivering evidence based Speech and Language Therapy to develop skills in the following areas:
Attention and listening
Delayed or disordered language development
Speech sound delay or disorder and Phonological awareness difficulties
Social communication difficulties such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

I am happy to arrange a phone call to discuss concerns regarding your child and what I am able to offer.
Initial assessment
A full assessment will include the following:
Parent meeting which includes a detailed case history
Teacher meeting (if in school) or telephone conversation with teaching staff
Informal observation
Formal standardised assessment or informal assessment which will look at your child's attention and listening, play, speech sounds, language and social interaction.
Detailed written assessment report with targets if necessary
THERAPY
Individual therapy sessions will be offered at your home or at your child’s school or nursery on a regular, weekly basis depending on location and availability, We can discuss a suitable time that works for you and your child.
The sessions are usually 30 or 45 minutes in duration, 60 minute sessions are available if deemed necessary for the child.
A programme to suit the individual child will be discussed and agreed at the beginning of each term and I am happy to liaise closely with teaching staff or carers e.g. nannies regarding targets.
